Monthly scheduling sheets are due on the 1st of the month prior to the month of attendance. For example, July’s monthly scheduling sheet is due on June 1st.

1. Download the PDF calendar.

2. Fill out the scheduling sheet.

3. Turn in your schedule sheet to the front desk or send a scanned copy to kclemens@trilogystemacademy.org.

NOTE: A two week notice is required for any changes to the schedule for that month. Changes are not guaranteed.
