Monthly scheduling sheets are due on the 1st of the month prior to the month of attendance. For example, July’s monthly scheduling sheet is due on June 1st.

1. Download the PDF calendar.

2. Fill out the scheduling sheet.

3. Turn in your schedule sheet to the front desk or send a scanned copy to kclemens@trilogystemacademy.org.

NOTE: Monthly scheduling sheets cannot be changed once submitted. Payment for days listed by the family are final. Days can be added based on availability, but cannot be removed or changed.
